At KA Cuisine, we believe that the best food starts with the best ingredients.  Whenever possible, our food is made using locally-grown organic produce, responsibly raised meats from small-scale farms and local butchers, sustainably-caught wild fish, and handmade artisan-quality products. While we work hard with our clients to plan menus, mother nature makes the final call - if a vegetable is not at its peak, we won't use it, finalizing our menu only after we've found the best ingredients available.

Nearly everything we serve, from pastas and charcuterie, to pickles, condiments, and ice cream, is hand-made from scratch. Our clients are fanatical about good food, and our goal is to deliver them only the best. Our influences span the globe, seamlessly blending the precision of Japan, the complex flavors of Central America and South-East Asia, the refinement of France, and the rustic comfort of Italy into a unique American cuisine.
